Only the first step is required. Skip any of the others and pick them up from your dashboard whenever you're ready. We only ask for identity details and your NEMSA certificate when you're about to publish your profile, join a live project or receive customer contact.

Document your completed work on a free professional profile, and we'll help you organise it into an application and refer you to recognised training providers such as RETTI. Suny doesn't issue or sell certification — NEMSA does — and taking training through a Suny referral never improves how you're matched to customers. Meanwhile, join projects as a recorded team member under a certified lead.

What does Suny cost me?

Nothing. Every tool is free while we build Suny with our first installers.

What if I'm not NEMSA-certified yet?

Create a free profile, document your completed work and build a recorded contribution history on projects led by a certified business. You can't act as the responsible lead or approve safety-critical work until you hold the applicable certificate — we'll help you organise the application and point you to recognised training providers.

How are customers matched to me?

On relevant current certification, service area, project type, capacity, availability and delivery record.
